He is survived by: his wife Sharon Parrett; his daughters, Shannon Holden (Jason) of Caneyville and Courtney Hines (Gavin) of Roanoke; his grandchildren, Carli Burden (Ben), Megan Brooks (Alex), David Durbin (Nancy), Alexia Skala (Spencer), Derek Hines, Haley Durbin, Hannah Hines, Landen Hines, Logan Renfrow, Jace Holden and Paisley Holden; his great grandchildren, Raelynn Brooks, Adalynn Skala and Liam Durbin Aguilar; and his sister VeRhonda Miller (Cliff).
