She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cook and Lola Cottrell Allen; her son William Scott Matherly; her siblings, Jackie Allen, Jerry Allen and Candy Brown; her granddaughter Gracie Ann Royalty; her brother-in-law Tommy Fulkerson; and her friend Carl Fullerton.
She is survived by: her husband Bill K Matherly of Hodgenville; her children, Brian Matherly (Sherri) of Elizabethtown, Kevin Matherly (Lisa) of Elizabethtown and Melana Goodman (Larry) of Glendale; her siblings, Linda Fulkerson of Elizabethtown, Pam Bernard (Mike) of Louisville, Tammy Johnson (Gary) of Elizabethtown, Sonny Allen (Brenda) and Mark Allen of Elizabethtown; her sister-in-law Diane Allen; her friend Brenda Fullerton; and her pet Isaiah. She is also survived by seven Grandchildren; eight Great-Grandchildren; and her best friend.
