With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bonnie Mattingly (Elizabethtown, Kentucky), born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, who passed away on April 5, 2019 at the age of 61. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Glansbeek and Vivian Fields. She is survived by: her husband Michael Mattingly; and her children, Ryan Elliott (Shanda), Misty Elliott, Aron Elliott (Gia) and Adam Elliott (Stephanie). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and three brothers and two sisters.
