She is survived by: her husband Charles Allensworth; her children, Sarah Mann (David) of Indiana, Catherine Allensworth of Hodgenville and John Golden of Hodgenville; her parents, Randall Johnson and Shirley Johnson of Magnolia; her siblings, Sherry Vittitow of Magnolia and David Johnson of Magnolia; her granddaughter Elizabeth; and her great grandchild Lilly.
