She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Holt and Anita Clark Holt; and her brothers, James and Robert Holt. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Combs of Elizabethtown, KY and Michael Combs (Melanie) of Shelbyville, KY; her sister Peggy McKinney; her grandchildren, Alexander Combs and Laura Neace (James); and her great grandchild Charlie Neace (Paul Hadley).
