She is survived by: her daughters, Lesley Mitchell of South Carolina, Ellen Blakeman of Elizabethtown and Alice Nichols of Bowling Green; her grandchildren, Brooke Ellen Lauer of South Carolina, John Mitchell Jr. of South Carolina, Bryce Mason Mitchell of South Carolina, Brad Lee Nichols of Louisville, Emily Anne Yates of Elizabethtown and Sarah Ellen Brown of Ohio; her great grandchildren, Elijah Brooks Lauer of South Carolina, Ava Mae Lauer of South Carolina and Clara Madeline Lauer of South Carolina; and her siblings, Russell Albert Caulk of North Carolina, Lowell Ingram Caulk of North Carolina, Joan Loy of California and Patricia Foster of Mount Washington.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the American Cancer Society, which can be made at the funeral home.
