She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Lush and Ida Johnston Lush; her husband James Ray; and her son James Lewis "Jamie" Wortham. She is survived by: her daughter Mona Asher (Tim) of Elizabethtown. She is also survived by three grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and close friends.
