We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2021, at the age of 18, Alijah-Addison E. Hack of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy and Doris Moody. He is survived by: his parents, Alan Hack and Becky Hack; his siblings, Aaron (Heather), Amos, Adam Hack, Anna Atterberry (Landon), Abbey Nesbitt, Alan and Aleah Hack; his grandparents, Edwin and Kaye Hack; and his nieces and nephews, Elijah (Arabella Hack), Kynslie Hack, Rome (Royce Nesbitt) and Alba (Maria Hensley). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
