He was predeceased by: his parents, William Otis and Eula Mae Druen Loyall. He is survived by: his wife Moniea Bowen Loyall; his children, Rick Loyall (Judy) and Sally McCullum (David); his brother Randall Loyall (Becky); his grandchildren, Michael Hagan (Emily) and Emily Duckworth (Matt); his stepgrandsons, Justin Travis (Kelly), Michael Robbins (Angela), Troy McCullum (Katie) and Eric McCullum (Heather Mott); his niece Rhonda Fulkerson (Marty); and his nephew Jeff Loyall (Amy). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
