He is survived by: his wife Rosa B. Crouch; his children, Orlanda Crouch (Michelle) and Andre Crouch of Ekron; his grandchildren, Keisha Crouch, O. J. Crouch, Darius Crouch, Jaylen Brooks and Jakari Crouch; and his great grandchildren, Tamayia Davis, Aubrey Crouch and Mariah Crouch.
