He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Dugan and Mary Louise Huffman Dugan; and his sister Barbara Jacobs. He is survived by: his daughter Ellie Dugan Holmes of Mobile, AL; his granddaughter Jayden; and his sisters, Diana Walls (Steve) of Vine Grove, KY and Patsy Fackler (Ed) of New Salisbury, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
