She is survived by: her husbands, Raymond Slaughter and Clyde Askren; her daughter Mary Elizabeth Rodriguez; her sisters, Perlina Phillips and Mary Dennis; her children, Laura Tate (Gary) of Ekron, KY, Robert J. Slaughter of Las Vegas, NV and Kenneth R. Slaughter (Diana) of Louisville, KY; and her siblings, Clara Bailey of New Albany, IN and Larry V. Grinstead (Sue) of Bowling Green, KY. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
