It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terina Joy Bates (Ekron, Kentucky), who passed away on August 3, 2018, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Phillip Ryan Bates; her mother Nellie Campbell; her stepmother Tommye Campbell; and her brother Larry Campbell. She is survived by: her husband Robert W. Bates of Ekron; her son Robert Ethan Bates of Vine Grove, KY; her grandsons, Ryan Paul Bates and Henry Ethan Bates; her father Huey P. Campbell; and her siblings, Patriece Campbell, Michael Campbell and Paul Campbell.
