He is survived by: his mother Lucille Oakes of Greensburg, KY; his girlfriend Rosie Carroll of Ekron, KY; his stepson Matt Wise of Brandenburg, KY; his grandchildren, Baby Girl and Will; and his sisters, Sue Reesor (Jim), Sheila Brown and Brenda Dile.
