He is survived by: his wife Debra Adams of Ekron; his children, Michael Pfeiffer (Gerianne) of Radcliff, KY and Laura Tipton (Jamie) of Radcliff; and his siblings, Bill Adams of Buckhorn, KY, Betty Kmetz (Bill) of Elizabethtown, KY, Barbara Yopp of Elizabethtown, Benny Adams of Hazard, KY and Brenda Miller of Paxton, IL.. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, family is asking donations be made to North Hardin Christian Church youth ministry, P.O. Box 836 Radcliff, KY 40159.
