He is survived by: his son Cederick Mercer; his sisters, Vada Wardrip (Steve) of Brandenburg, Marlene Wine of Ekron and Carla Laslie (James) of Ekron; his nieces and nephews, Donnie Wardrip, Amy Jupin (Stacy), Joey Wardrip (Jasmine) and Aurora Darby (Jon); his great-nephew Case Jupin; his fiancée Teresa Livers; and his fiancée's daughters, Diane Richter (Rudy), Amanda Chesser (Chris) and Veronica Ingram (Travis).
