He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Howard and Juanita Simpson Stith. He is survived by: his wife Gretchen Ann Fraley Stith; his sons, Levi J. Stith of Ekron, KY and Michael Cody Stith (Cassey) of Elizabethtown, KY; his grandchildren, Payton Elizabeth, Presley Rae Stith, Dwayne, Riley and Brodie Gibson; and his brothers, Bruce W. Stith of Brandenburg and Greg Stith (Linda) of Brandenburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
