She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Ray Chism; her parents, Elmer Basham and Pearl Ensor Basham; and her siblings, James Bernard Basham, Naomi Ruth Hutchins, Ella Grace Benham, Maebell Thomas, Doris Adams, Sue Carol Rider, Louise Bridges and Lois Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Jo Basham (Leonard) and Jerry Ray Chism (Patty); her grandchildren, Kimberly Moore (Steve), Crystal Fackler (Brad) and Ashley Basham (Chris); her great grandchildren, Kenzy Moore, Dylan Smith, Landon Smith, Konner Basham, Christian Basham, Madison Fackler and Mason Fackler; and her close friends, Doris Benningfield, Marjie, Sydney and Sadie Hobbs.
