It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Durbin of Ekron, Kentucky, who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Kiper and Mary Wanda Kiper (Yates); and her grandson Jake. She is survived by: her husband Danny Dean Durbin; her son Stephen Dean Durbin of Ekron, KY; her stepdaughter Cathy Jo Melton of Henderson, KY; her brothers, Bernard Russell Kiper of Ekron, KY and Charles Francis Kiper; and her grandchildren, Ethan, Nicole, Bethany and Jade. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be privately held for Lorine's immediate family only due to the Covid-19 mandates issued by the Governor of Kentucky.
