She is survived by: her husband Lonnie Hornback; her children, Tabitha Hornback and Scott Hornback (Amanda); her brother Donnie Brown (Julie); her grandchildren, Jazsmin, Tyler, Justyn, Andrew and Aubrey Hornback; and her great grandchildren, Karter Hornback and Aliciya Marez-Hornback.
