With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Cummings of Ekron, Kentucky, who passed away on December 13, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Lee and Gladys Lucille Polston (Warren); and her sister Vicki Polston. She is survived by: her children, Joey Cummings (Amanda), Stacy Jupin (Amy) and Julie Fortner (Damon); her brother Jerry Polston; and her niece Rosie Carroll. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
