He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Taylor and Ida Coffman Prather; his wife Helen "Tommie" Prather; and his son Steve Prather. He is survived by: his son Paul Prather of Ekron; his grandson Taylor Prather (Laura) of Elizabethtown, KY; and his great grandchild Brandon Hoyle of Elizabethtown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
