He is survived by: his wife Shyrel Kelly; his children, Michael Kelly (Jessica), Jeremiah Kelly, Nathan Barker, Justin Swink (Amanda), Draven Puffinbarger (Danna) and Shanda Puffinbarger; his grandchildren, Gregory Kelly, Landen Puffinbarger, Brysen Barker, Lucas Puffinbarger, Ethan McEwen, Kyle Kelly, Joshua Kelly, Destiny Swink, Ashley Kelly, Abrielle Reifschneider and Madison McEwen; and his siblings, Timothy Kelly, Diane Abigail, Claire Moore, Blly Shipman, Penny Shipman, Gene Kelly and Brent Kelly.
