He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Henry Riggs and Mattie Marie Riggs (Cobble). He is survived by: his wife Theresa Riggs; and his children, Theresa Blanckaert (Michael), Ervin Riggs, Jr. (Pamela), Pamela Riggs Ellison and James William Riggs. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, extended family and friends.
