She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ragland and Marian Ragland; her husband Junior Williams; her siblings, Janice Estep, Sharon Bishop and Michael Ragland; and her mother-in-law Lillie Mae Russell.
She is survived by: her children, Walter "Shorty" Williams of Ekron, KY, Theresa Haynes (Wilson) of Ekron, KY and Lisa Edwards (Larry) of Ekron, KY; her grandchildren, Jessica Miller (Adam), Mary Vaught (Aaron), Christopher Haynes (Aimee) and Kayla Edwards; her great grandchildren, Caleb Vaught, Lexi "Sapphire", Jasmyn Haynes, Luke and Wyatt Miller; her siblings, Gary Ragland, Johnny Ragland (Linda), Larry Ragland (Terri), Danny Ragland (Tara), Debbie Raymond (Joe) and Patty Humphrey; and her close friend Monty Pirtle (Jon). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
