He is survived by: his spouse Karen Stivers Withers; his daughters, Kathy Martin (Steve), Christy Stith (Greg), Molly Withers Padgett and Amanda Bennett (Mike); his grandchildren, Devin, Kennedy, Olivia Stith, Shelby Ray, Heath Ray and Lane Padgett; his sister Carol Ann Rosenberger; and also, Arien Bennett and Byren Bennett.
