He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Hoffman and Helen Hoffman; and his siblings, Linda Durham and Scott Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hoffman of Ekron, KY; his daughters, Stacey Burleigh of Tennessee, Jennifer Baker of Ekron, KY and Brittany Downing (Josh) of Brandenburg, KY; his grandchildren, Robert Burleigh, Kaitlyn Burleigh, Maya Burleigh, Nicole Jacobs, Riley Jacobs, Randi Bisard and Colleen Downing; his siblings, Steve Hoffman of Georgia and Barbara Wolfe (Donald) of Mississippi; and his sister-in-law Tina Hoffman.
