She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Will" Talley Elder and Dollie Elizabeth Troutman Elder; and her brother Leonard Elder. She is survived by: her husband Carl "Eddie" Allen; her son-in-law Garry Wine; her sister Elizabeth Bullock; her children, Vada Wardrip (Steve) of Brandenburg, Marlene Wine of Ekron, KY, Carla Laslie (James) of Ekron, KY and Paul Allen of Ekron, KY; her grandchildren, Donnie Wardrip, Amy Jupin, Joseph Wardrip (Jasmine), Aurora Darby (Jon) and Cedrick Mercer; and her great grandchildren, Jalynn, Case Jupin and Berkley Wardrip.
COVID 19 precautions will be required, including the use of masks and social distancing, during the visitation and funeral service.
