He is survived by: his sons, Scott Smith (Melissa) of Edmonton and Greg Smith (Fran) of Burkesville; his sisters, Joan Whitlow of Owensboro and Sondra Jackson (Harry) of Hodgenville; and his grandchildren, Veronica Campbell, Gabriel Smith, Leah Smith, Braxton Smith, Braydon Smith and Selexa Smith.
