Boles of Savoyard, KY, Robert D. Forrest (Pamela) of Indianapolis, IN and Vickie L. Carver (Scott) of Bowling Green, KY; her siblings, Carolyn Bradley, Lee Kirkpatrick of Louisville, KY, Bobby Kirkpatrick of Louisville, KY, Teddy Kirkpatrick (Leona) of Indianapolis, IN, David Kirkpatrick and Clyde Kirkpatrick of Knob Lick, KY; her sister-in-law Wanda Whitley of Indianapolis, IN; and her aunt Mary Rose Crenshaw of Indianapolis, IN. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, and close friends.
