He was predeceased by: his father William J. Webb; and his brother Robert Dale Webb. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Jewell; and his siblings, Beverly Palmowski, Sandra Cardwell, Cathy Webb, Denise Petty, Michael Webb, William Webb and Tony Webb.
