He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Abrams and Anna Abrams (Jerrells); his son Tommy Abrams; and his siblings, Dorothy Ault, Doris Inman, William Abrams and Charles Abrams.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Abrams (Bateman); his daughters, Tammie Twitty (Cary) of Vincennes and Teri Bushta (Mike) of Florida; his daughter-in-law Michele Abrams of Oaktown; his siblings, Stanley Abrams of Carlisle and Marilyn McCammon of Wabash, IN; his grandchildren, Lee VanSweringen, Heather Machemer, Gabbie Clark, Craig Twitty, Sarah Donnoe and Ashley Abrams; and his stepgrandchildren, Brandy Petel and Jason Petel. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
