He is survived by: his wife Mildred Poulter Roach; his sons, Scott "Scotty" Roach (Charlotte) of Edmonton and Shawn Roach of Knob Lick; his great grandchild Reese Poynter; and his brother-in-law Roscoe "Buddy" Poulter of Louisville.
