He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leeper and Opal Syra (Bybee); and his brother Edward Syra. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Syra (Hurt) of Edmonton; his sons, Milton Syra of Edmonton and Warren Syra of Edmonton; and his grandchildren, Leah Syra of Bowling Green and Dillon Syra of Bowling Green. He is also survived by other family members and many friends.
