We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2022, at the age of 80, Phyllis Jean Ramey of Edmonton, Kentucky, born in Barbourville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Wilson and Eva Wilson; and her siblings, Mildred Hayes and Quinton Wilson. She is survived by: her husband David Ramey; her children, Rodney Ramey (Marie) of Florida, Kenneth Ramey (Julia) of Florida and Kelly Ramey Gaines (Chris) of Florida; her granddaughters, Kassandra, Brianna Ramey of Florida and Katelyn Ramey of Georgia; and her siblings, Freddie Wilson (Denise) and Sandy West. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
