She was predeceased by: her siblings, Priscilla Harper and Rollin Harper, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Willard Parnell; her children, Lanny (Carolyn Parnell) of Edmonton, Steve (Cathy) of Highlands and Cindy (Sam Reeves) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Tiffany Matthews (David), Samuel Reeves (Rachel Knauff), James David Parnell (Brittany) and TaiAnn Webster (Ben); her great grandchildren, Ryder Knauff, Samuel Reeves, IV, Emma Rice, Benson Webster, Steph Knauff Reeves, Savannah Webster, Kennon Matthews, Landree Matthews and Harper Parnell; and her sisters, Joyce Ford of Chicago and Cary Dabney (KK) of Louisville.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to; Alzheimer's Association, Shriners Hospital or Edmonton United Methodist Church.
