She was predeceased by: her parents, William McCoy and Gertrude Merunda McCoy; her son Michael Kent Chase; her grandchildren, Nancy Ann Chase Wegner and Ricky Monroe Brooks; her brother Alan McCoy; and her grandson-in-law Eric Toth.
She is survived by: her husband Karl Chase; her children, Debra Ann Chase-Wegner (Bob) of Edmonton, David Chase (Rose) of Edmonton, Ruth Brooks (Gerald) of Edmonton and Jeff Chase (Tammy) of Edmonton; her grandchildren, Heather Mclaughlin (Jeff), James Wegner (Jamie), Wendy Sneed (Dan), Gina Chase, Bridgett Traylor (David), Andrea Vincent (Chad), Chandler Staggs and April Chase; and her siblings, Mary Synder, Paul McCoy (Pat) and John McCoy (Carol).
