He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Henry and Myrtle Corrine Ostlund Foss; and his sister Peggy. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Foss of Edmonton; and his sister Sue LeRoy (Pete) of Minnesota.
Cremation was chosen and memorial contributions can be made to help with final expenses.
