She was predeceased by: her parents, George Robert and Velma Firkins Smith; her husband Billy Dugger; and her siblings, Neal Smith, Julius Smith and Maggie Tierney.
She is survived by: her children, Philip Smith of Edmonton, Kathy Dugger of Edmonton, Donita Blackburn of Edmonton, Billy Dugger of Edmonton and Jeff Dugger of Edmonton; her grandchildren, Jon Strode (Becky) and Brookie Woodcock; her great grandchildren, Addyson Ballard and Briana Blackburn; her great great grandchild Layne Scott; and her sister Margaret Hensley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Butler Funeral Home (201 East St, Edmonton, KY 42129). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
