He is survived by: his wife Connie Byrd (Russell); his daughters, Lee Ann Phillips (Adam), Jennifer Young (Harry) and Kristy Mayles (Jason); his grandchildren, Alexandria Phillips, Austin Young, Garrett Young, Tanner Young, Jebadiah Mayles and Zane Mayles; his great grandchild Baby Mayles; his siblings, Angie Godfrey (Bud) and Tracy Byrd (Dawn); and his sister-in-law Susie Byrd. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
