She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Schroeder and Mabel Schroeder (Winchell); her son Barry Hammack; her former husband Jesse Hammack; her husband Arnold Neyhouse; and her sister Nella Mae Racine.
She is survived by: her children, Dean Hammack (Lisa), Cliff Hammack (Lisa) and Wendy Tate of Tell City; her grandchildren, Wes Hammack, Colleen Smith and Jennifer Harber (Alex); and her stepchildren, Steve Neyhouse (Debbie), Janet Goldman (Kenny) and Mike Neyhouse (Beth). She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shubael Little Pioneer Village.
