He is survived by: his wife Debbie Watts Harper of Edmonton; his children, Scotty Harper (Tammy) of Edmonton, Marty Harper (Shannon) of Edmonton, Kandis Gallagher (Matt) of Edmonton and Little John Harper (Kim) of Edmonton; his stepson Mike Ritchie (Lassie) of Cornettsville, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Chris, Joey, Brock, Andria, Cody, Gracie, Justin, Elizabeth, Konnor, John Westen, Destiny, MaKenzy, Darriel, Jordon, Colton, Clay and Forest.
