He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Lee and Nora Jane Jessie Harper; his siblings, Paul Harper, Lizzie Bell White and Norma Jean Watson; and his brother-in-law Larry Cooksey.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Harper of Edmonton; his children, Amanda Duvall of Edmonton and Adam Harper (Kari) of Edmonton; his grandchildren, Jackson Harper (Kylee), Lindsey Zurmehly (Lance), Cassie Duvall (Cam Jolly) and Karlee Harper; his great grandchild Willow Mae; and his siblings, Betty Ann Cooksey, Kerry and Beverly Nunn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 8:00 AM at the Butler Funeral Home (201 East St, Edmonton, KY 42129). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
