He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Joe "Bobby" Cox, Sr. and Lois Bernadine Jeffries Cox; his daughter Forresta Gale Cox; his sister Shirley Rigdon; and his sister-in-law Connie Cox.
He is survived by: his former wife Betty Marie Estes Cox of Edmonton; his daughter Latrina; his son-in-law Bryan Lobb of Greensburg; his sons, Jeremy Cox of Greensburg, Justin Cox of Barren County and Steven (Jasmine Cox); and his brothers, Jackie (Darlene Cox) of Edmonton, Lacey Cox of Edmonton and Bobby Joes Cox, Jr. of Hardyville. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the family burial expenses, which can be made at the funeral home.
