He is survived by: his wife Alisa White; his daughter Angie Wilson (Jerry); his grandchildren, Tessa Furlong and John Michael White of Edmonton; his siblings-in-law, Jay Brown and Linda White of Indiana; his mother-in-law Anna Sue Brown of Edmonton; and his son Jason Akers. He is also survived by 6 siblings.
