He is survived by: his wife Martha Harris of Edmonton, KY; his daughters, Marsha Johnson (Jack) of Sevierville, TN, Tina Page (Doug) of Breeding, KY and Tammy Lewis (Steve) of Newport, TN; and his grandchildren, Jessica Eipp, JoAnna Johnson, Jessie Johnson, Jimmy Harris, Kristen Hendrie, Amber Thomas, Jenny Ennis, Sierra Harrison, Courtney England, Rachel Hawk, James Lewis, Melinda Lewis and Marie Lewis. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and several other children and grandchildren.
