He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Isaiah Turben and Treva Madonna Moore Maker. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ann Curshellas Turben; and his children, Gail Vastauez (Rick), Greg Turben, Rebecca Gill (Steve), Michele Wooten (Ricky) and Michael Turben. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
