He was predeceased by: his son Davis Whitlow; his brother Timmy Whitlow; and his parent Donna Miller. He is survived by: his son Kevin Whitlow (Tyra) of Edmonton; his siblings, Jackie Walker of Louisville, Lisa Bush of Hart County, Tammy Baker of Hazard and David Fields of Edmonton; his grandchildren, Seth Weaver of Edmonton, Chase Weaver of Hiseville and Brittany Weaver (Bryant) of Edmonton; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Hadley, Hunter and Haven Weaver of Edmonton; and the mother of his children Karen Whitlow.
