With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fred Carey of Edmonton, Kentucky, born in Cumberland, Kentucky, who passed away on November 12, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Carey and Golda Faye Grider Carey; and his siblings, Phillip Carey, Terry Carey, Ray Carey, Dwight Carey, Marie Carey, Nettie Jewell Carey, Priscilla Alexander and Carl David Carey.
He is survived by: his close friend Christy Burton of Elizabethtown Two; his sons, Tra Carey of Lexington and Fabian Burton of Elizabethtown; his siblings, Charles Carey of Burkesville, Joe Carey of Somerset, Titius Lee Carey of Campbellsville One and Amy Beauchamp of Chicago Two; and his grandchildren, Ella and Londyn A.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Beech Grove Cemetery.
