He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Wayne and Mary Levi (Kinny); his son Kevin Levi; his siblings, Debbie Leeper (Jeff), Mark Anthony Levi and Phillip Levi; his granddaughter Chelsea Leshae Anders; and his parents-in-law, John and Barbara Flaskamp.
He is survived by: his wife Cathie Levi (Flaskamp); his children, Belinda, Jeannella Wood, Angela Lovelace (Cecil), Christopher Anders, Blair Webb, Shannon Levi, Julie Sutton (Gary), Robert Anders (Summer), Barbara Rhinehart (Jerrid), Teresa Rose (Eric), Haylee Deweese (Allen), Danielle Miller (Dakota), Heather Levi, Emma Levi, Shane Levi, Rylan Levi, Rosealynn Levi and Jayden Levi; and his sister-in-law Sharon Levi. He is also survived by 50 grandchildren, over 50 great-grandchildren.
